The Mall at Barnes Crossing is a regional shopping mall located northeast of downtown Tupelo, Mississippi. It is managed and patrtially owned by David Hocker & Associates and is home to over 97 specialty shops, 5 anchor store tenants, an 8-screen Cinemark movie theater, and a 600-seat food court. The mall attracts customers from both Northeast Mississippi and Northwest Alabama. The mall is home to shops and restaurants like Abercrombie & Fitch, Sweet Peppers Deli, Ann Taylor LOFT, and Ruby Tuesday. David Hocker & Associates also manages an outdoor strip shopping center called Market Center to the east of the mall, between two major entrances. The center consists of anchors Old Navy, Shoe Carnival, and Circuit City. Another outdoor strip shopping center called Barnes Crossing Plaza lies north of the mall, including anchors Toys "R" Us, OfficeMax, TJMaxx, and Hobby Lobby. Source

The Landing hosts more than 350 events each year including Florida/Georgia Weekend Celebrations, the annual Christmas Tree Lighting, New Year’s Eve and Gator Bowl Celebrations, St. Patrick's Day and July 4th. Weekly events include live weekend entertainment in the center courtyard offering a variety of music including classic rock, oldies, contemporary, jazz, and top 40. The site currently occupied by Oak Ridge City Center was selected by the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission to establish a permanent shopping center in the years following World War II. In 1951 the AEC selected a company headed by Guilford Glazer to build the new shopping center. A shortage of steel resulting from the Korean War delayed construction, but the Downtown Shopping Center opened in 1955. This shopping area was considered a replacement for the former "townsite" area around Jackson Square.
In the late 1980s Crown American purchased the property and converted it to an indoor mall by enclosing the walkways around the stores and significantly expanding the floor area. Source

It opened in August, 2002 with anchors Hudson Belk, Sears, Dillard's, and Hecht's. The state's first Saks Fifth Avenue opened in 2004. Hecht's became Macy's on September 9, 2006.

Foothills Mall is an indoor regional shopping mall located in Maryville, Tennessee, a suburb of Knoxville. Foothills Mall features approximately 70 stores and restaurants. Adjacent to the mall is the Foothills Plaza complex which includes several additional restaurants and a cineplex with 8 screens.
Opened in 1983, Foothills Mall is the only shopping mall in burgeoning suburban Blount County, part of the Knoxville Metropolitan Area. The mall was originally anchored by Maryville based Proffitt's, a regional department store; Miller's, another regional department store that was a division of Allied Stores; JC Penney; and Sears. Proffitt's and Miller's no longer exist, and their store spaces are now used by Belk. Recently, the mall had added several additional stores, including TJ Maxx and Goody's Family Clothing. Source

Four Seasons Town Centre is a three-story shopping mall in Greensboro, North Carolina. Currently anchored by Belk, Dillard's and JCPenney; it was the first enclosed shopping mall in Greensboro. Currently, it is the only indoor shopping mall within Greensboro's city limits; however, nearby Friendly Center, an outdoor shopping plaza, has many of the same tenants. It is also the only three-story shopping mall in North Carolina, though some department stores at two- or one-story malls have multiple stories. Greenville Mall is a shopping mall located in Greenville, North Carolina which has over 500,000 square feet. It is located at the corner of Greenville and Arlington Boulevards.
Greenville Mall was originally built as a strip center named Pitt Plaza. The center was enclosed in the 1980s as a response to construction of Carolina East Mall and named The Plaza. It was subsequently renamed Colonial Mall Greenville when purchased by Colonial Properties Trust. The purchase of the mall by GG&A in 2007 resulted in the name being changed to Greenville Mall. Southaven Towne Center is an open-air regional lifestyle center located in the Memphis, Tennessee suburb of Southaven, Mississippi. The shopping center is owned and managed by CBL & Associates, who developed the property and opened it in October 2005. It was reported that upon opening, the Southaven Towne Center was expected to contribute 1000 jobs to the local economy. Bridge Street Town Centre is an upscale lifestyle center in Huntsville, Alabama. It was developed by O&S Holdings and designed by TSArchitects, both of Los Angeles. The center is located in Cummings Research Park at the intersection of Old Madison Pike, Interstate 565, and Research Park Boulevard (Alabama State Route 255). Bridge Street includes 550,000 sq ft. of retail space featuring a Monaco Pictures theater and 70 shops and restaurants. Many tenants are exclusive to Huntsville and Alabama such as Juicy Couture, Kate Spade, Dolce, and Connor's Steak & Seafood. The center will feature a 10-acre lake, apartments, at least one six-story, 150,000 sq ft. Class A office building, and an eleven-story, 210 room Westin Hotel and Residences when complete. Source
