Four Seasons Town Centre is a three-story shopping mall in Greensboro, North Carolina. Currently anchored by Belk, Dillard's and JCPenney; it was the first enclosed shopping mall in Greensboro. Currently, it is the only indoor shopping mall within Greensboro's city limits; however, nearby Friendly Center, an outdoor shopping plaza, has many of the same tenants. It is also the only three-story shopping mall in North Carolina, though some department stores at two- or one-story malls have multiple stories. Hamilton Place is an enclosed, two-story shopping mall in Chattanooga, Tennessee. It was the largest shopping mall in the state of Tennessee when it opened in 1987. The original anchors were Belk, Hess's, Parisian, Proffitt's, Regal Cinemas and Sears. A JCPenney store was added later. Currently, Hamilton Place comprises more than 150 stores and restaurants. Current anchor stores include JCPenney, Sears, as well as two locations each for Belk and Dillard's. Regal Cinemas closed in late 2007 and will be replaced with a Barnes and Noble that will open in fall 2008. Hamilton Place Mall has also announced a $100 million expansion which will include two parking garages, a lifestyle center, and other renovations inside and outside the existing mall. To pay for the expansion, CBL proposes an additional half-percent to 1 percent fee added to any purchase made at the mall or at five other CBL centers within a one-mile radius of Hamilton Place, company officials said. The other locations are Gunbarrel Pointe, Hamilton Corner, Hamilton Crossing, The Shoppes at Hamilton Place and The Terrace. Source

Bridge Street includes 550,000 sq ft. of retail space featuring a Monaco Pictures theater and 70 shops and restaurants. Many tenants are exclusive to Huntsville and Alabama such as Juicy Couture, Kate Spade, Dolce, and Connor's Steak & Seafood.
