Inducted into "Memphis' Most Beautiful Business" Hall of Fame, Oak Court Mall is surrounded by exquisite landscaping in a beautiful wooded area. A unique courtyard full of flowering plants and ivy-covered trees makes Oak Court Mall one of the must see spots in Memphis. Equally as beautiful on the inside, Oak Court Mall is an upscale, two-level center featuring Italian marble, skylighting, and original bronze sculptures.

The site currently occupied by Oak Ridge City Center was selected by the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission to establish a permanent shopping center in the years following World War II. In 1951 the AEC selected a company headed by Guilford Glazer to build the new shopping center. A shortage of steel resulting from the Korean War delayed construction, but the Downtown Shopping Center opened in 1955. This shopping area was considered a replacement for the former "townsite" area around Jackson Square.
In the late 1980s Crown American purchased the property and converted it to an indoor mall by enclosing the walkways around the stores and significantly expanding the floor area. Source

Greenville Mall is a shopping mall located in Greenville, North Carolina which has over 500,000 square feet. It is located at the corner of Greenville and Arlington Boulevards.
Greenville Mall was originally built as a strip center named Pitt Plaza. The center was enclosed in the 1980s as a response to construction of Carolina East Mall and named The Plaza. It was subsequently renamed Colonial Mall Greenville when purchased by Colonial Properties Trust. The purchase of the mall by GG&A in 2007 resulted in the name being changed to Greenville Mall. The Landing hosts more than 350 events each year including Florida/Georgia Weekend Celebrations, the annual Christmas Tree Lighting, New Year’s Eve and Gator Bowl Celebrations, St. Patrick's Day and July 4th. Weekly events include live weekend entertainment in the center courtyard offering a variety of music including classic rock, oldies, contemporary, jazz, and top 40. The Landing also hosts a myriad of events for the community such as charity walks and runs and the Earth Day Ecology Fair. Parkway Place opened on October 16, 2002. This mall is 650,000 square feet, anchored by Dillard's and Belk. Parkway Place offers shoppers of the Tennessee Valley over 70 stores including abercrombie, Abercrombie & Fitch and Williams-Sonoma. The mall has over 2,800 free parking spaces (including the parking deck) and seats 400 people in the food court.

From the start, the mall pulled shoppers from all over central and eastern North Carolina. Many of them came to the 251,000-square-foot (23,300 m2) Hudson Belk, which is still the largest store in the complex and serves as a Belk flagship. The mall was remodeled in the mid 1980s and added many upscale specialty stores and a food court. It faced remarkably little competition in its market until the 1990s, when Cary Towne Center in nearby Cary doubled in size and spawned a companion mall, Crossroads Plaza. Source

The Mall at Barnes Crossing is a regional shopping mall located northeast of downtown Tupelo, Mississippi. It is managed and patrtially owned by David Hocker & Associates and is home to over 97 specialty shops, 5 anchor store tenants, an 8-screen Cinemark movie theater, and a 600-seat food court. The mall attracts customers from both Northeast Mississippi and Northwest Alabama. Southaven Towne Center is an open-air regional lifestyle center located in the Memphis, Tennessee suburb of Southaven, Mississippi. The shopping center is owned and managed by CBL & Associates, who developed the property and opened it in October 2005. It was reported that upon opening, the Southaven Towne Center was expected to contribute 1000 jobs to the local economy. This facility marks a first for CBL & Associates, it is their first foray into the lifestyle center property type. Southaven Towne Center brings department stores to Southaven for the first time. Bridge Street Town Centre is an upscale lifestyle center in Huntsville, Alabama. It was developed by O&S Holdings and designed by TSArchitects, both of Los Angeles. The center is located in Cummings Research Park at the intersection of Old Madison Pike, Interstate 565, and Research Park Boulevard (Alabama State Route 255). Bridge Street includes 550,000 sq ft. of retail space featuring a Monaco Pictures theater and 70 shops and restaurants.
