Greenville Mall is a shopping mall located in Greenville, North Carolina which has over 500,000 square feet. It is located at the corner of Greenville and Arlington Boulevards.
Greenville Mall was originally built as a strip center named Pitt Plaza. The center was enclosed in the 1980s as a response to construction of Carolina East Mall and named The Plaza. It was subsequently renamed Colonial Mall Greenville when purchased by Colonial Properties Trust. The purchase of the mall by GG&A in 2007 resulted in the name being changed to Greenville Mall. Four Seasons Town Centre is a three-story shopping mall in Greensboro, North Carolina. Currently anchored by Belk, Dillard's and JCPenney; it was the first enclosed shopping mall in Greensboro. Currently, it is the only indoor shopping mall within Greensboro's city limits; however, nearby Friendly Center, an outdoor shopping plaza, has many of the same tenants. It is also the only three-story shopping mall in North Carolina, though some department stores at two- or one-story malls have multiple stories. Hamilton Place is an enclosed, two-story shopping mall in Chattanooga, Tennessee. It was the largest shopping mall in the state of Tennessee when it opened in 1987. The original anchors were Belk, Hess's, Parisian, Proffitt's, Regal Cinemas and Sears. A JCPenney store was added later. Currently, Hamilton Place comprises more than 150 stores and restaurants. Current anchor stores include JCPenney, Sears, as well as two locations each for Belk and Dillard's. Regal Cinemas closed in late 2007 and will be replaced with a Barnes and Noble that will open in fall 2008. Hamilton Place Mall has also announced a $100 million expansion which will include two parking garages, a lifestyle center, and other renovations inside and outside the existing mall. To pay for the expansion, CBL proposes an additional half-percent to 1 percent fee added to any purchase made at the mall or at five other CBL centers within a one-mile radius of Hamilton Place, company officials said. The other locations are Gunbarrel Pointe, Hamilton Corner, Hamilton Crossing, The Shoppes at Hamilton Place and The Terrace. Source

Hickory Hollow Mall is a regional indoor shopping mall in Antioch, Tennessee, a suburb of Nashville. The mall was originally built in 1978. In 1982, a JCPenney and several other stores were added. Another expansion project in 1991 resulted in a new building for Dillard's, with a mall expansion built upon the former Dillard's location. The two-level mall is built in a cross pattern, with four wings situated around a central hub. A Food Court is situated between the Macy's and Sears wings. Source
