College Square is owned and managed by CBL & Associates. It features approximately 70 stores and restaurants including Carmike College Square Cinemas 9. A new movie theater is under construction at the mall, on part of the southern parking lot. The old cinema will be converted into "specialty stores."
Opened in 1988, College Square is the only shopping mall in an eight-county area of East Tennessee. Four Seasons Town Centre is a three-story shopping mall in Greensboro, North Carolina. Currently anchored by Belk, Dillard's and JCPenney; it was the first enclosed shopping mall in Greensboro.
