Crabtree Valley Mall

It is located in North Raleigh off of U.S. Highway 1 (Capital Boulevard) and Interstate 540. The mall is owned by CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. It opened in August, 2002 with anchors Hudson Belk, Sears, Dillard's, and Hecht's. The state's first Saks Fifth Avenue opened in 2004. Hecht's became Macy's on September 9, 2006.

Greenville Mall is a shopping mall located in Greenville, North Carolina which has over 500,000 square feet. It is located at the corner of Greenville and Arlington Boulevards.<br> Greenville Mall was originally built as a strip center named Pitt Plaza. The center was enclosed in the 1980s as a response to construction of Carolina East Mall and named The Plaza. It was subsequently renamed Colonial Mall Greenville when purchased by Colonial Properties Trust.
