Cumberland Mall is located in Vineland, NJ, on Route 47 (Delsea Drive) at Route 55 (Exit 27). Recently the NJDOT created a special ramp that channels traffic into the mall from Route 55 NB. Cumberland Mall is strategically positioned 25 miles (40 km) away from its nearest competitor, 45 miles (72 km) south of Philadelphia, PA and on route to the Southern New Jersey Shore Points. The mall almost went under, but was able to stay in business thanks to Vineland's 3.5% sales tax. The Mall at Johnson City is an enclosed shopping mall in Johnson City, Tennessee, United States. The mall features over 70 stores and a food court. It is managed by Glimcher Realty Trust. Opened in the 1970s, the mall features Dick's Sporting Goods, Belk, JCPenney, and Sears, Roebuck and Company as anchor stores, with more than 70 inline tenants.
Recently, there have been a series of major additions/expansions being undertaken. Several stores including American Eagle Outfitters and Game Stop were relocated from the lower level as the old Kroger & Piccadilly Cafeterias anchor space and SupeRx store was demolished to make way for a Dick's Sporting Goods. The interior of the mall started a series of makeovers as well during this construction time. There was also an addition to the JC Penney store doubling its space. Source

A renovation in 2004-2005 added a new food court and carousel in the Center Court area. The old Montgomery Ward space (vacated in 2000) was refitted with a new Steve and Barry's and Qdoba Mexican Grill. Source
