Born & raised and building our house in NW Rochester made selling this property a difficult decision but we came across a unique HWY commercial acreage that had been a vegetable sales lot for quite sometime out in the country on HWY 14. This property was peaceful, comfortable and full of character and gifted us all the room we'll need to expand our wholesale operation and inventory more bargains. We made the sale & moved May of 2005 and immediately picked up where we left off and have recently moved into a our new building/shop.
